Who can join the programme?
Membership is limited to candidates successfully placed by ProFleet into permanent employment, plus approved HGV training providers, driving schools and transport training organisations. It is not open to the general public.
Who can submit referrals?
Any eligible Referral Partner listed above, provided they are in good standing with ProFleet Recruitment.
How do I make a referral?
Complete the referral form on this page with the candidate's details and your own. We'll take it from there.
When is the Referral Reward paid?
Once the candidate has been placed into permanent employment, the employer has paid our recruitment invoice in full, and the candidate has completed 90 consecutive days of employment.
How much is the Referral Reward?
Reward values vary depending on the role and partnership agreement and are confirmed on a case-by-case basis.
Can I submit multiple referrals?
Yes. Each referral is assessed individually against the programme's eligibility and qualifying criteria.
What happens if the candidate leaves before completing 90 days?
No Referral Reward is payable if the candidate leaves employment before completing 90 consecutive calendar days.
Can I refer someone already registered with ProFleet?
No. A referral only qualifies if the candidate is not already known to or registered with ProFleet Recruitment.
